Well, now I'm about to change that because I discovered a new meditation center in the beautiful city of San Francisco called The Gathering Place located at 49 Montgomery Street.
Those who understand the importance of self-control and inner peace should be aware of the benefits of meditation. This process of self-realization allows you to reveal your emotional strengths and weaknesses and can only be successfully accomplished in a calm environment. Meditators usually set aside a space in their home for this practice. But to get more peace you need to go to a more peaceful place. Such places are called retreats and you can find many peace centers where you can express your full potential.
